Anyone else struggling with breathlessness? I'm 24 weeks and the slightest exertion makes me pant for ages! Even eating. It's worst in the mornings- just yawning will trigger a coughing fit which will take hours to settle down. Occasionally the shortness of breath makes me panic a little as I feel I can't get enough oxygen into my lungs...not sure if anyone can relate. Any tips on how to minimise this? I've read it's normal during pregnancy.

25 weeks here and I'm the same! I find mine is worse during the night and when I first wake up in the morning - my chest feels tight and it sparks a coughing fit when I roll over/sit up. No coughing during the day but definitely breathless just walking around, up the stairs etc. Like you, it just feels like I can't get enough oxygen in - worse when I'm lying down. When I get into bed at night my breathing is so loud and heavy for a while!
