3rd episiotomy

Looking for people who have had three births and each time have ended up needing an episiotomy. I'm due with my 3rd soon, with my first two I had to have an episiotomy each time, purely down to the size of their heads, no forceps needed, just as soon as I was cut the baby came out.
Throughout this pregnancy I've been led to believe I would be having a cesarean section because of this and also because of prolapse. Now I'm being told there's no reason I shouldn't give vaginal birth a try .. like I've not done it before.
So I would just like to know if there's any risk to having 3 episiotomies ?
I don't know why this is playing on my mind.

I don’t know about the risks with repeated episiotomies but you have a right to give birth in the way that you want. If you were set on an ELC they can’t refuse you that. Equally, if you do want a vaginal birth ask to speak to a consultant regarding the risks. You could also put in your birth plan that you want to avoid an episiotomy.
