Yes, sounds like it, and yes.

The baby feels like twitching, or bubbles or a little flicker to begin with - or wind but without producing a fart!

Cramps are a nightmare. Try to teach yourself not to point your toes if you stretch in the night. Flex your foot instead. I have had awful calf cramps and this has stopped it. Some people swear by eating bananas.

Sounds like it tyaca! I felt my first pg around 18 w and this one about 16w. Like a fluttering feeling, its lovely

Hmm yeah foot cramps pretty normal too I'm afraid. Not sure if there's much you can do though...

Ooh, I've been getting foot cramps as well. I just thought it was me - being a newbie in all this (I'm also 18 weeks) I had no idea this was because I'm pregnant! Will stock up on bananas - thanks!

Yes, about the right time! I was told cramps could be a sign of not enough salts and pottassium so bananas will help. If you don't usually salt your food put a little on (not loads) as you need a tiny bit extra in PG.

more salt - hurrah!

and so happy that's it the LO i'm feeling... kept me half awake last night, and now i've felt it, i can't stop feeling it!

saying that, the other thing that kept me awake last night was my second baby dream...

I'd had the kid but forgotten all about it, and left it on a windowsill without food, drink, or nappy changes for a week
