I’m looking for a bit of advice before I can get to speak to a GP.
So my period was 10 days late and in those 10 days I experienced a small amount of pink blood every time I wiped after going to the toilet. I put the late period down to stress from the lockdown. My period then came and for a week the bleeding was very light and brown, I then started bleeding red blood and still am now. I called the doctor on Tuesday and she suggested doing a pregnancy test and mentioned it could be a miscarriage, I hadn’t even thought about doing a pregnancy test until this point. I have been sick on Wednesday morning and again yesterday morning.
I have finally done a test this morning and it came up positive almost straight away with two full dark lines. I am going to call the GP as soon as they open.
I am now on day 19 of bleeding, so altogether I had 10 days of blood when I wiped, 7 days of very light brown bleeding and now 12 days of red blood approx a teaspoon a day.
I just wondered if anyone else had experienced this and gone on to have a healthy pregnancy or does it sound like a miscarriage? I have searched all over the internet but really struggling to find anyone who’s been in a similar situation.
