I had an accident with a condom. Took the morning after pill AND had an IUD fitted. Started light bleeding a week ago before my period was due. Still on going and not like my normal periods which are heavy. Did a preg test this morning (2 days after period due and nearly 2 weeks after unprotected sex and it was positive! Has this ever happened to anyone ever?!! Is the bleeding likely to be the start of a miscarriage or could it be caused by the IUD. I'm waiting for a call back from my GP. Thanks.
