This is the first week that I have felt almost normal. Suffered terribly with sickness for the past 20 weeks. I want to return to some kind of exercise, and always loved walking and swimming. I can't go swimming now obv, but I started doing my usual walk route this week, 5 mins of it was up a not so steep incline, and my heart rate was up. Does anyone know if it's safe to return to exercise you've done for years, even if it takes a while to get used to it again? It didn't feel uncomfortable - it felt invigorating and I felt so happy getting to the top of my little hill. The rest of the 1hr walk was on the flat.
