Rash on pregnancy bump

Sorry for asking but has anyone had a rash on their bump before. I’ve been sat outside (in shade with clothes covering the bump) for the last hour and do feel a bit hot.

Is this just heat rash or should I call a doctor?

It looks a exactly like a rash I get when I'm warm, I had it during pregnancy if I'd put a hot water bottle on my belly and I still get it now when I over heat. In my experience it's nothing to worry about and goes after a while, but you know your body so if you're worried call your midwife, I'm far from medically trained!

You should phone the doctor to be on the safe size so they can see it via video message if your surgery offer that. Better to get accurate medical advice x

Funnily enough I've just got the exact same rash on my leg having been sat outside in direct sun for 10 minutes. No rash on bump though (it was shaded).
