Lucky you haha I wish I could start telling people as well, it's such a big secret to hold 😅 I haven't told my parents yet, waiting for my scan on the 15th to tell them 😬 is it your first appointment with the midwife then? I have my first one next week, but just a call.. It does feel a bit more real already haha

@Carabu1 lovely to hear the scan went well, the 12 week scan won't seem so far now. I think you will be one of the first to have your 12 week scan. So exciting. I still have a 4 week wait. Can't believe how slow time is going

Hi everyone I'm rubbish at keeping up on here but I'm 7+3 now and sickness is coming and going. Some days I have no symptoms at all and other days I feel horrific 🙈😂
With my previous pregnancy I bled from 7 weeks onwards then on and off after that. I was scanned and it turned out there was a little bubble of blood in my uterus and it would break away sometimes a lot and sometimes just spotting. All was fine though and didn't affect baby at all.

I've had my booking in appt over the phone on Monday there and two days later I got my scan date for 12 week scan 😊 I felt forgotten about last pregnancy as I had a mw who was in phased retirement and she forgot to get my booking appt and then after meeting her she forgot to arrange a scan ! So definitely keep on at them. It's something I hate doing as I feel like an annoyance but they do genuinely forget sometimes . I was over 14 weeks when I got my 12 week scan because I didn't want to seem pushy.

Congratulations to you all on your BFP's

I found out last week that I am preggo lol don't know if I should how I fell pregnant but it happened- I offended the ladies on Netmums by explaining so lol imma just say what's meant to be will be.

My LMS was the 25th April dtd on the 4th and found out on Saturday so I'm around 5-6weeks I think.
I would love to join the Facebook group if possible don't really have many female friends that are pregnant or ttc.

How are you all feeling? Have you told anyone yet or are you waiting till it's abit further 🙏🏽

@lilypad88 yes it was the first midwife one. She was nice, which is a relief as I’m stuck with her for 9 months! I’m consultant led though, so will also have appts at the hospital and an extra scan at 16 weeks (yay!). Like you can’t wait to tell my family now - but I’m determined to hold out for 12 weeks. Just got to hope the next 2 weeks goes smoothly :)

I am glad I have this site as I have nobody to talk to really because of my past I don't want to jinx it. Yesterday was a good day for sickness, today is not I feel so sick. I've had 2 ice pops and my sickness med and feel sick still. And my boobs!! Wow I feel like I'm carrying round 2 bags of the heaviest sand! Hope everyone is ok today x

Today my boobies are really painful, like someone keeps stabbing me with needles!! Awful 😖 I also had the biggest cry for a long time! Ridiculous 😂 I'm a mess today lol

@lilypad88 my mum asked me if I was ok yesterday and I just burst out crying I also burnt my toast this morning which made me tear up 😂 to be fair these cramps are kicking my bum I can pretty much cry at the drop of a hat

@Bubbabee like sore period cramps and backache but I haven't had any in few days. Also def think the bleeding has got lighter

@lilypad88 in Feb I had a triple mc and myself and my partner said we won't put pressure on ourselves and we'll wait for the right time. Honestly I took the morning after on the 6th of May and still ended up pregnant- reason-being that my work has just promoted me to duty manager, my twin girls have just turned 3 and unfortunately my 13 son is having some behavioural problems which has now stemmed to drug use.

I got excited didn't read the thread name which was TTC train June I asked to be added to the 2nd as I got my BFP and put that the morning after pill isn't always effective. The women got so aggressive nasty and literally told me to fuck off and dare I join the thread when I haven't been on this whole time and just join so I can get a symbol next to my name 😒 like seriously.

I apologised profusely bcos it's not in my nature to rub anything in anyone's face especially when it comes to pregnancy I've had 5 mc in the space of 13 years so it's not like didn't understand the struggle to get pregnant or the disappointment.

@IshaPoet some people are so judgy. I bet they wouldn't have the guts to be that rude if they weren't sitting behind a screen. Sounds like you've definitely been on a journey to get here.

@BabyDust13 thank you for being understanding. I'm trying my best to get my son the help he needs buys literally a fight and I'm afraid he'll hurt himself or someone else

@IshaPoet wouahh that's sounds really nasty from her! Who is she? The police? 😒 Some people are just really not in a good place in their head :/ it's sad tbh...
And really sorry to hear about your multiple miscarriage, and the struggles you're having, that must have been really hard... Well, we are a bunch of nice gals here so welcome to the thread! :) and hopefully we all get our healthy babies 🙏🏻💛

@IshaPoet yea that's sounds ridiculous the behaviour there, I've been in that place where it took me a long time to get pregnant and seeing other get their BFP and be jealous, but I'd never wish or insult someone that just got pregnant, if anything it's a good reason to celebrate!.. Some people are just caught up in their negative bubble unfortunately... Yes defo a safe place here! 😊

Aww sorry @IshaPoet I thought it was a funny story. Didn't realise they were actually nasty to you 😩 Hope things start to settle with your son. I can't imagine how stressful it is

@Wheezeymcleazy everyone I have told it too have laughed like what is wrong with people you can't abuse others bcos of their circumstances of getting pregnant. I'm just hoping my son sees the light and changes his ways
