I'm feeling overwhelmed by the messages you ladies are so kind.

Sadly, it looks like I've had a miscarriage. My pain and bleeding has lessened since the passing of the lump. My cervix examination showed that my cervix is closed and there is hardly any blood on it.

I've had a hormone blood test today and have to have another one in 48 hours to see if my hormone levels are rising or dropping. But most likely they will have dropped. Sad
Not the outcome we would have hoped for but there's nothing really that we can do.

I wish you all the best and hope that you have easy pregnancies and beautiful babies at the end of it ❤️

Take care x

@Jellybean252 I’m so so sorry to hear what you’ve been through today. I miscarried in December and I remember too well how heartbreaking it is. Rest up and take care of yourself lovey, you’ve been through so much. Sending love ❤️

Littlepeas2 · 31/05/2020 04:25

Hey ladies. So started spotting last night, pinky/brown colour I’ve just up to go to the toilet and it’s continued and my boobs tenderness has literally gone overnight! I really think this could be the start of something :(

Hopefulmummie · 31/05/2020 07:00

@littlepeas2 hoepfully it isn't but if the bleeding gets worse maybe ring the midwife

StephS1984 · 31/05/2020 08:02

@Littlepeas2, try not to stress and monitor it, like @hopefulmummie if it gets worse call midwife or 111 or GP. Stay positive thinking ❤️

Carabu1 · 31/05/2020 09:14

@Jellybean252 I’m so so sorry. Look after yourself and take care. I’m really heartbroken for you. X

Carabu1 · 31/05/2020 09:16

@Littlepeas2 if it gets worse I’d call the epu. They saw me at 6 weeks with v minor brown discharge and it was reassuring to have someone look at it. I knew that I’d it was a problem they couldn’t do much - but I felt better for knowing.

Pol96 · 31/05/2020 09:37

@Jellybean252 I'm so so sorry, big hugs x

@Littlepeas2 hopefully it's nothing to worry about, fingers crossed for you x

Littlepeas2 · 31/05/2020 09:48

Thank you ladies!
@Carabu1 were they able to see anything at 6 weeks? I can get a private scan for tomorrow at 6+1 but not sure if they will be able
To see anything?

Carabu1 · 31/05/2020 10:49

@littlepeas2 - I had an epu scan at 6+4. I couldn’t see much, but they could see heartbeat and measurements - enough to see it was ok, anyway! It had to be internal though that early, so if you do go private make sure it’s somewhere that will do that. I think most private places encourage you to wait for 7 weeks - but if you have bleeding I’d try epu first as their staff are qualified to look for a cause, and I’m not sure that’s true of private places.
