It's still surreal every time?

Currently 23 weeks with baby number 3 and he's kicking away and it just feels so surreal. Like I still can't get my head around it

Absolutely! I have 2DC & each time it was wonderful feeling them move. Even if it did become increasingly uncomfortable, almost painful towards the end.

I'm 37 weeks pregnant with #3 as well, and I still forget what it was like the last 2 times...also forgot how uncomfortable these last few weeks are! And the fact I have to go through labour again...funny how easy it is to forget all that!
