Oh my god, I'm 14 weeks and still so bloated it's really uncomfortable. After I eat it's like I've got a football shoved inside me, when does it stop? I can't remember being this bad with my daughter, I know it does pass I just can't remember when Confused x

I'm 21 weeks and always bigger by the end of the day because of bloat! 😬
However it is no where near as bad as my first trimester! I was as big then, as I am now all because of bloat! Nightmare! 😫
Plenty of fruit and veg if you can, along with lots and lots of water!
I feel your pain! 😫

I'm finding that rubbing my tummy and pressing down and holding bits that are sore or feel blocked tends to get things moving again - gets a good gurgle sometimes! I have to hold it down for quite a while - doesn't cure it but definitely helps! That and making sure I stretch and don't sit hunched over my desk too much, especially after eating.

I feel your pain. I'm gonna try the water tip - probs not drinking enough!
