Hi I cannot find the answer anywhere?! When do you wear a pregnancy belt? Is it just for when your standing or sitting down aswell???

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I only used it when standing. Was too uncomfortable to sit in as pushed my bump up.

Whenever it’s comfy to wear it, and only if it helps... I wear mine basically any time other than sleeping :)

It’s recommended that you wear them frequently for short periods of time. Mine says three hours maximum at a time so you don't become reliant on it although in my last pregnancy I wore one all day for 12.5-hour shifts as I was on my feet constantly and getting myself into awkward positions.

I wear mine for running only at the moment but I’m only 16 weeks.

BABYGO 4 in 1 Pregnancy Support Belt Maternity & Postpartum Band - Relieve Back, Pelvic, Hip Pain, SPD & PGP >> inc 40 Page Pregnancy Book for Birth Preparation, Labour & Recovery www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07V6YQJ3M/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_QqxXEbDWTG3M6?tag=mumsnetforu03-21

I’ve been pretty impressed with this for the price. My sciatica and hip pain post-run have completely stopped since using it. The booklet it comes with is really good as well.

I wanted a ReCore Fitsplint but I coudn’t find one in stock anywhere and they are super expensive so I’m glad I settled for a cheapy one for now!
