Basically I had a early scan yesterday due to recurrent miscarriages and I always get spotting when I get my BFP which I then start my progesterone straight away which worked with my 18 month old, however I bled a little on Sunday.

The scan yesterday showed nothing in my uterus or tubes other then the lining of my wall being thicker ( I think I was 6+2). She done a pregnancy test which she said was a very strong positive and my HCG was 738 which she said is in the middle. I'm having more bloods done tomorrow to see if they double.

I think it's a failed pregnancy as I've had a couple of miscarriages before. I was just wondering has this ever happened to anyone and they have had good news ? I had a scan at 6+3 with my daughter and we saw a HB
