Surely I can't be the only one at this stage who is 100% done with pregnancy and just wants their baby out? 😂

Swollen hands and feet / ankles, constantly tired, out of breath from even walking up the stairs, booted in the ribs on the regular, back and rib pain, up every 1-3 hours at night to pee.

Someone make me feel better 😂😂

It’s an ingenious design trick to get you REALLY looking forward to labour

Enjoy the quiet times - you’ll miss them one day! X

Betsyboo87 · 18/05/2020 20:17

This is me too! 34+4 today. Time is going quickly but slowly too. I don’t think lockdown has helped as it’s given us time to get most things sorted for the baby already. I’ve no idea how I’ll entertain myself when I start mat leave in a week. As pp said, I should probably be making the most of this time.

n3vfaye · 18/05/2020 20:28

34 weeks today and been feeling like this for the past three days. Officially started mat leave today. The pains I'm getting and my sickness is back..just want the baby here now. All my mum friends keep saying enjoy it but I'm so uncomfhly and over it. With you original op hope things get better for us X

2020firsttimemum · 19/05/2020 09:08

Haha thanks guys!

It's my first baby so I'm not sure what to expect from labour tbh! Trying not to read too much into it so I don't scare myself and just go with the follow!

Oh girls isn't it awful! Getting out of bed is a military operation and I'm just done with it! You're right, lockdown has not helped one bit! Very easy to get stuck thinking about all the pain / discomfort you're in 😩

Last night though I managed to go to the toilet every 3- 3 1/2 hours instead of the 1-2 it has been so I'll take that positive for today haha!

Good luck with the rest of the pregnancies, hope they're not too bad 😩❤️

34 weeks today, things have ramped up over the last few days. I’m feeling good, eating well, short walks only.
It’s night time for me, have to get fully out of bed to turn, peeing non-stop & bump getting more awkward.

MsChatterbox · 19/05/2020 09:14

Yes me! 34 weeks too. 2.5 year old to entertain. I am sooo done! Begging for 37 weeker. But my son was 41 weeks... So probably not 😭

Betsyboo87 · 19/05/2020 10:21

Night time is the worst for me too. I usually love going to bed but now I just know I’m in for a night of constant toilet trips and painful hips.

Littleelffriend · 19/05/2020 11:41

Me! Am nearly 33 weeks, totally done now. DD1 was a 36 weeker, can't handle this until weeks.

PixieN · 19/05/2020 12:04

Me too! 34 weeks on Thursday and fed up of feeling uncomfortable and tired 😫

2020firsttimemum · 19/05/2020 12:36

Oh ladies!

Everyone makes out that pregnancy is so glam don't they! When in reality it's pretty shitty 😂

I agree with nighttime! I LOVE my sleep so waking up constantly to pee is irritating

I actually think I'll sleep more when he's here! We got this ladies 💪🏼

Me too, it's my third and last pregnancy. I should be enjoying it but I'm hating it!
I have awful SPD, GD and fed up of eating eggs! Not sleeping and I'm just a general fat grump!
I'm having an elcs at 38 weeks so "only" 4 weeks to go...

NicNac100 · 19/05/2020 12:57

Totally get you, I'm 39 weeks tomorrow and going in for induction tomorrow and so ready now even if it takes days still! Hardly sleeping and the peeing is super annoying as we live in a Victorian cottage so our bathroom is downstairs Confused
I've been really lucky and had a really good pregnancy so far but these last couple of weeks have been a killer with the pelvic and back pain and now the fat feet lol - good luck all, hope you all don't go overdue :)

doughnutmuffin · 19/05/2020 13:15

I'm only 22 weeks but I remember this with my first pregnancy, luckily I went into labour at 37+3, I don't know how I would have survived until 42 weeks i it went that way! I'm already going to bed early and up 4 times a night for the loo and looking after a 14 month old. The first time I had a pregnancy massage and reflexology on my feet at 37 weeks and it set off my labour, they better be open again in September or I'll be getting that girl round to my house for my massage!

RingaRosie · 20/05/2020 22:46

I’ve just blown up today. I don’t know if it’s the heat? Bump is double the size it was last week... Feeling like a balloon! Me & Baby were the perfect size / weight at my scan last week (at 33 weeks). Wah!

BlueGreenYellowRed · 20/05/2020 22:52

6 more weeks of this is better than 6 weeks in the NICU worrying about a premature baby. Trust me.

MooChops89 · 20/05/2020 23:00

34 weeks today, been fed up for weeks. 2 year old DD's sleep has gone to pieces to add to the restless legs that make me want to chop them off and the waking up every 3 hours for a wee. I'm getting about 4 hours sleep a night and I feel like a crazy woman! So uncomfortable, so big, really hoping this one doesn't cling on til 42 weeks!

RingaRosie · 20/05/2020 23:54

Yes, Blue, I agree. Happy to carry Baby around until they are ready, no matter what it means for me, really...

2020firsttimemum · 21/05/2020 13:32

@BlueGreenYellowRed oh of course! I'll have him cooking as long as he needs too but doesn't mean we can't all have a bitch and a moan about how crap pregnancy really is! The heat doesn't help 😩

Hope your baby is okay
