5weeks cramping and dull back ache

I'm now 5weeks pregnant with #3. The past few days I have had frequent period pain like cramps and a dull ache in my lower back. A lot of googling tells me this is normal but I just am finding it so worrying. No bleeding and have some other symptoms like occasional nausea (not loads though) and tender boobs.
My last pregnancy was over 6 years ago but I dont remember the cramps or back ache. I do wonder if I'm just more aware this time round being on lockdown and also not being as busy/active as I was then. Oh and older!!
Has anyone found the same and been all ok (as per the info online)?
My first pregnancy was ectopic resulting in the loss of a fallopian tube so I am aware it isnt the symptoms of that. I thankfully had 2 problem free pregnancies after this but just seem to be more anxious on this one. Again, probably too much time to worry rather than busy with normal life distractions!!

I've had backache with all my pregnancies although this time around the cramping is definitely new. I was told backpain was a sign of having a boy (not sure how true this is) but ended up having 3 DS 😂

I had this - it felt like my period was starting and I found it really worrying. It was fine though! (And it was a girl who is now 3!)

If you get severe back pain though, it could be something bad like ectopic, but if it’s just a bit menstrual feeling then it’s just the womb starting up!

I've had 2 boys Smile I do just think I'm more aware whilst wfh and not busy as normal.
Good to hear others have found the same. It just feels a bit too often for my liking. I took a paracetamol yesterday but not severe like an ectopic. I remember being doubled over in agony.
