I've got a scan booked for when I'm 7+5 ... My symptoms have disappeared and I'm getting niggly pains in tummy..
I want to bring the scan forward to this Friday when I'll be 7+1...
Is it worth it... Or shall I just wait the extra few days?

I had one at bang on 7 weeks we saw baby and sac and little heart beating away so if you want to bring it forward go ahead its worth it in my eyes for the reassurance

I would wait. I had my first scan when I should have been 7+5 but baby only measured 6+1. I heard a heart beat but they said even a day or two earlier and there probably wouldn't have been one which would have sent my anxiety through the roof!
I'm now 27+4 and baby had caught up by a week at my dating scan. Apparently it's fairly common for our little ones to measure small in the early days.

Also, even if you're 100% sure of your dates, the closer you are to 8 weeks the better as the odds of MC go down quite a lot once you've seen a HB at 8 weeks.
