Reduced movement. When to call the midwife

Hi ladies. My little bundle has been on the move for a couple of weeks now (21 weeks currently) and he has developed a pattern that is pretty much the same every day. He's a good kicker for such a little thing!
However, today I've had nothing except one kick about 10 minutes ago.
He's usually been on the go well before now and the last time I felt him move was the early hours of the morning when I had to get up to pee.
Anyway, my question is, when do I call to report it and who do I call? My midwife or the hospital?
TIA

Glad it worked out.
I went in at 39 weeks cos he hadn't moved all day and I felt like I was wasting their time being all FTM.
Long story short, he had to come out there and then. All was fine.
So please please even if you think you are being silly, just go in and get checked.
Always always always.
