Diet 3rd trimester

I am 32 weeks and a morning sickness type feeling has come back. I mentioned it to the midwife and she is not concerned, apparently this can happen. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this problem? I cant eat any vegetables at all. I can manage fruit and salad on some days. But mostly all I can eat is carbs, cheese and chocolate. Anything else makes me retch. I had pretty much the same in the first trimester but I wasnt as worried as the baby was much smaller then and didnt need as much. Am taking pregnacare and iron prescription. I understand that pregnacare doesn't replace a good diet, but I cant do much else. Midwife just says to try my best and eat small meals etc. So am just wondering if anyone else is in the same position? I just feel very guilty as my diet is pretty terrible.

I managed a pretty good diet in 1st and 2nd trimesters. I was lucky that I didn't have sickness. But now I'm 3rd I seem to have more aversions than I did even in 1st. The only veg I really like now is salad and that's accompanied by tons of mayo and cheese mostly! My diet is awful now too, I'm addicted to sugar. I'm trying not to be too hard on myself this is a really hard time to be lregnant. I'm making sure I eat fruit to make up for the veg I'm avoiding.
