My first monthly maternity allowance payment is to cover the period from today until 2nd June. I wasn’t expecting this would go through on a Sunday but does anyone know when I can expect the payment? My usual payment day will be a Thursday after the initial one. Surely I don’t have to wait until Thursday for a payment to cover from today? I was expecting they would pay in advance rather than late and now getting a bit worried.
