I’m so sorry you feel unwell. I had the same at nighttime so hard. Get some cyclizine from the GP and it helped me feel less sick and sleep x

Poor you. I had HG with my fd and severe sickness started this time at 5 weeks :(

Travel sickness bands you wear on your wrist, amazon prime or chemist's always have them
Ice lollies or ice cold drinks like lemonade, flat coke, apple juice, orange juice, sparkling water
Sucking on ice cubes
Sipping little and often, sometimes grazing can help.. Ginger biscuits, peppermint sweets etc. Also crackers by the bed can help if you cannot move for nausea

And getting help early on! There's several antisickness meds available from your gp if it gets bad and don't wait it out if it gets really severe

Hope it eases soon for you

Try ginger and sleeping more upright. Avoid fatty food, caffeine and spices after @5pm.
