Early pregnancy bleeding and clots

Hi 👋
I’m new to this.
Feeling very desperate for a bit of reassurance if anyone can relate to positive outcomes from threatened miscarriage
I’ve had bleeding now for a week, its never really been heavy but still enough to be concerned - started out light pinky blood then went darker / bright red/ pink again now bright red but not much of it, had a few small clots...
I went for a scan on weds gone, was told baby is there but the sac is lower than should be and had bleeding around the sac... going for another scan Wednesday coming... I’m roughly 5 weeks...

Petrified as had two miscarriages in the past. It this feels so different, i have 3 children.

If anyone has experienced the same kind of thing please let me know and what you’re experience outcome was

I hope it works out for you. I had early bleeding in my first pregnancy - around 5 weeks I think. The first scan was inconclusive as it was too small so I had to come back a couple of weeks later. We were lucky and everything was fine - they were never really sure what the bleeding was. DS is 8 now.

I had a massive bleed a few days after my 12 week scan just before bed. I was convinced it was all over. Managed to get a scan the next day and all was fine.

Then it happened again a week later. Turned out I had a sac of blood leaking above the baby. Happened a few more times but I was ok by then. It was a lot of blood, way more than a period. Came in bursts for me.

My DD is now 8 months.

I had a bleed (quite heavy) at 13 weeks. Scan revealed baby was fine. I was told by the hospital that it had been caused by the sac with the embryo detaching and reattaching to the wall of the womb when it was finding a place to plant itself.

Currently in hospital with a heavy bleed. All is okay with baby though but monitoring bleeding. Sometimes these things do just happen. I have bled alot through first trimester, and when I mean bleeding alot, through pads with clots too. I hope that gives you some reassurances that sometimes it can be all okay. Always go and get checked xxx

I’m bleeding too, around the same time as you.
Had a scan yesterday and can see an empty sac, but is still very small.
Going back for my second scan next week. I’ve had a previous miscarriage and successful pregnancy, I had bleeds with both. Not sure how this one will end at the moment

Hope everything goes okay today, i also bled with DD for about 2 months straight because i had a hematoma. Ultimately only the scan will tell but wishing you the best of luck
