Hello everyone!

I'm interested to hear others experiences. I've been losing my mucus plug bit by bit for over a week now. I'm 38 weeks on Tuesday, it's my 2nd baby. This didn't happen the first time around.... and I'm sooooo ready to have this baby now!

Thank you x

All three births it started coming away and labour started hours later.
Was your first early? All mine were 2-3 weeks early as well.

The following day but my friend lost hers a fortnight before she went into labour so it can go either way.

I lost a small part the day before and then the rest of it in the afternoon in the early stages of labour.

I was already well into labour before I lost it, I had been admitted to hospital. My waters broke shortly after, but I’d been having contractions for 12 hours by that stage

Days before anything happened. I can't remember but it certainly wasnt imminent.

Whatshername20 · 15/05/2020 19:06

I had already been having contractions when I lost it early Sunday morning, contractions became a lot more regular and painful hours later. I gave birth Tuesday morning.
