Sad Day Think I'm Misscarrying

So I was 6 weeks pregnant.
Two days ago I had sex with my significant other.
Following morning I had very faint pinkish blood when I wiped.
In the evening I had some fresh blood when I wiped and also clots.
I spoke to my midwife and we arrange a early scan for the next day.
I carried on bleeding threw the night not enough blood to fill a pad but would drip directly into the loo when I would sit.

So this morning I went to have the scan I was still bleeding fresh red blood.
They checked and confirmed baby in the sac and a heartbeat.
And this can happen which gave me huge relief but still scared.
Still carried on bleeding mostly when wiping and directly into the loo.
But just now I went hardly any blood but huge piece of tissue skin dropped out and was thick to touch.
Heartbroken considering I heard a heart beat this morning I know it's happened now and I dont know what to do or how to feel just really sad.

Oh I'm so sorry Sad any chance they will see you again tomorrow? It strange that they didn't see anything wrong this morning. Hopefully the bleeding will stop now. Look after yourself Thanks

They just said heart beat is there let your midwife know so they can get you booked in.
So I left feeling lil less stressed but what I just passed threw is definitely not normal

The thing is I'm not bleeding so heavy to fill a pad or am I in alot of cramping pain.
But it was very big thick tissue greyish if I had a cist or clot they would of let me know this morning :(

Was the heart beat normal for the GA ? Did they examine your cervix, if so was it closed ? If I were you I would call epu and explain what has happened, and hopefuly they will see you again. If not wait a week and test again. With a miscarage you will pass lots of clots, bleed very heavily and have pain and also pass a sac, the sac is usualy covered in bloody tissue but you will know it's the sac as its oval and you can feel water inside it.

@Bootsyxuk really hoping you get some answers today let us know how you get on. I wasn't as far as you with my mc so I can't advise about the tissue but I really hope they will see you again today so you know what's going on

Oh sweetheart I'm so so sorry to read this. I am absolutely no expert but I have heard so many times if you see a heartbeat at 6weeks that is a really positive sign 🙏 and I have heard of ladies having heavy bleeding and then go on to have a healthy pregnancy, I hope & pray to god that this is you. I don't want to give you false hope as that would be cruel, but just repeating things I have been told. You need to ring the EPU and have another scan, for your sanity and then you will know ether way. Sending all the love & hope your way. Big hugs 🤗🤗💖

Thanks guys, but the large Tissue lump I passed I showed the photo to my midwives they both confirmed that it's a misscarridge.
Bit heartbreaking considering we heard the heartbeat in the morning.
Not told my OH yet, as he was sleeping.
The thing is I never experienced cramps considering how bad I get period pains.
And the blood not enough to fill a pad but I'm still bleeding. Just one of those things guess my body wasnt ready for round teo.
