So I need to claim MA due to not getting SMP however I have a few issues.
- Im married, waiting for my divorce petition to be amended to carry on with the application (Im divorcing him) Haven't spoken to him since February and won't be for the foreseeable. Do I have to put to his details on the form? we're not separated legally but he's not a self-employed spouse.
- HR have emailed over my SMP1 however have said "due to not having a printer I haven't signed it" will this be an issue? HR have been absolutely useless.
