BFPs then BFNs 😪 - help please

Hiya,

I took 2 cheapie tests using the same sample a couple if days a go and they instantly came back with faint pink lines (see pic below).

Ever since all my tests have been completely negative. I've tried clearblue and FRER as well as more of the internet cheapies. I'm on the pill and have been advised to stop that for now till we see what's happening but I'm really sure I'm not pregnant now.

I'm just clueless as to why those tests looked positive. The lines are stronger than the ones I got with my 1st baby.

Any ideas? And should I continue to test? Also could this been have a chemical pregnancy or just faulty tests? Thanks 😊
