Sorry you guys are gonna get so ticked off with me until January XD
I am currently 4 +5 and have been feeling nauseous, crampy etc the last few days but today I am sat at my desk and work and I feel so dizzy it’s like I’m on a boat!
Is this normal? Does anyone have any advice? Have drank plenty of water.
Thank you :)

Dizziness is common in pregnancy. If you've been running around, or got up too quick, your body won't have time to adjust and your blood pressure will drop and you'll feel dizzy.
I got up off the sofa too quick, went upstairs and the next thing I knew I was on the floor! Just try and take it easy.
If it continues to persist do speak with your midwife just to put your mind at ease.
Also, don't sit scrunched up, as that will contribute to it too 😬

I had a lot of dizziness during the first and second trimesters. Had to leave work and fainted in meetings a couple of times. It was very embarrassing but other than that wasn’t a problem and didn’t do the baby any harm. Just try to make sure you’re somewhere safe when you feel dizzy, and drink lots of water.

Very dizzy through most of first trimester, it's easing now at just over 13 weeks but still definitely there if I stand up too fast.
Drink plenty and take it slow when standing up/looking up. My midwife said to try and keep looking down until you've fully stood up for a couple of seconds then bring your eyes up - it works but is a lot easier said than done, 9 times out of 10 I stand up and think 'oh no, the eye trick' and it's too late 🙄😂
