Hi not sure on what to do will probably mention it at my midwife appointment tomorrow, I have good vaginal hygiene, I wash daily with femfresh and always use the wipes to make sure no nasties can be collected, however since about 12 weeks pregnant, it has been so sore down there that whenever me and my partner attempt to have sex it is extremely painful and it goes very red, my discharge has been normal smelling but a lot more consistent and I wouldn't be able to get away with not having a shower because even though I clean it regularly there's still smegma! I thought initially it was thrush but I've used canesten, no clear up. Used daktacort to which I was prescribed that's not made it go away either. I feel so embarrassed because my vagina never did this pre pregnancy. Advice please? :(

Sound to me like you maybe wiping and cleaning down there too much with soaps.
I know it's femfresh but , it needs its own balance down there. If you know what I mean. Maybe try just washing morning and evening and not wiping with wipes in between. Also go knickerless at home.
I'm 19 wks and have just noticed a little more egg whitey discharge, but this is normal. Had it on my first too xx

I'll give it a try, thanks. Xx
