Had some early pregnancy complications :( thought I was miscarrying but had an early scan and they found a sac. Got blood taken 48 hours apart and HCG has doubled. Getting my blood taken again in another 48 hours again to see what’s happening...

I’m going to attach the picture of my scan. Wanting to hear some positive stories to keep myself feeling positive.

@Needadvice1233 I thought I had updated it too. Went back on and realised I hadn’t even commented. I’m so sorry to hear this, but I promise it does get easier Flowers are you going to stick to the advice and wait 3 months?

I actually came back on to ask advice on two tests I’ve just taken, but then realised my other comment I made a few weeks ago didn’t post :( do you mind if I attach some photos?

Again you are in my thoughts. Least even though it’s online we can relate to each other and continue to heal and move on Flowers

@Daisyxxchainxx wow that’s amazing, I heard it’s common for some women to bleed. Glad you had a happy ending Flowers I’ve taken 2 faint positive tests and I’m absolutely freaking out a month after my chemical! I took an Asda test (they are notoriously bad for false positives) and there was a line. I then took a clear blue digital and it said not pregnant. Took a first response today and there was the faintest line you have to squint to see!! This was after a couple waves of nausea the past few days and tiredness and AF was suppose to come today! Shock

@Jane2711 yes I will wait the three months I think, I'd rather not run the risk of birth defects and birth issues. Thank you for your support through this, its been so helpful Flowers.

Of course I would be happy to help! Feel free to share any photos, I have my fingers crossed for you!

Jane2711 · 10/06/2020 17:38

@needadvice1233 definitely, I have faith that your time is coming and you will have your baba in no time Flowers the way I see it, at least we know we can both conceive!!

Ok so here at my tests I’ve taken today and yesterday... no idea what to think as clear blue says not pregnant, and basically need to squint to see the frer test line :(

@Jane2711 I can definitely see a line on the test with a rectangular window, it is so faint though that I think you are too early for the Clear Blue to pick it up. Do you know how many days past ovulation you are? You should definitely re-test tomorrow morning or the morning after because that will be much clearer for you.

The waiting game is awful but this looks so promising!

Jane2711 · 10/06/2020 17:49

@Needadvice1233

I forgot to upload this picture of the FRER test Blush

@Needadvice1233 I know I can see it too I was in shock. That was yesterday. I then went to get a clear blue test on my lunch break and it came up not pregnant I was shocked! I then took another two Asda tests this morning (mind you it was a lot of pee might have been diluted) and I could just see a line again. I then went and got a first response one and I can see the line, but again still extremely faint. You’re right I’m going to save my last first response test for the weekend - it’s just so hard, I had some light spotting on my pants on Monday and Tuesday (was so light) and stomach cramps.

And I’m not too sure, I thought it was 2 weeks ago but I’m not thinking it was 2 weeks ago last Thursday and Friday because that’s when the EWCM ended. I think it’s all over the place because the chemical, time will tell!

@Needadvice1233 sorry two weeks ago this Thursday or Friday coming*

Aunt Flo, according to my flo app was due today

OP posts:
Needadvice1233 · 10/06/2020 19:49

@Jane2711 your cramping and spotting could have been implantation bleeding, it would work with your timeline. If AF was due today the line should definitely start to darken in the next few days.

I wish you so much luck!! Keep me updated.

Jane2711 · 10/06/2020 20:42

@needadvicd1233 yeah hopefully, my darkest test was in the middle of the potential implantation so maybe a small hormone surge? Time will tell.

Just really struggling because of what happened last month :( how long after implantation are you suppose to test? I’m still thinking I tested too early.

And thank you so much. You have been so kind Flowers

@Jane2711,
How are you? Did your test go darker in the end? I hope you got the result you wanted Smile

Firevie · 01/07/2020 11:59

@Jane2711
@needadvice1233
How are you both feeling? I’m on the waiting game as well at the moment and it’s tearing me apart so trying to find some positivity and hope on here.

Jane2711 · 01/07/2020 13:15

@Firevie hey :) so the positive test I was describing further up the thread was a false positive and I didn’t actually ovulate until the week after (I think). Last Wednesday I took a faint positive test and then a more positive one on the Friday. By the Saturday I started bleeding and I assumed it was another chemical, I went out and drank. I took a clear blue digital on Monday and it was pregnant 1-2, and I took another one yesterday and it was pregnant 2-3! And then today it is still saying pregnant 2-3. I called the EPU and they said to test again in a week and bleeding can be normal in early pregnancy. I’m not getting my hopes up but the fact it’s gone up to 2-3 weeks must be a good thing? And the fact it stayed there today as well.

Xx

Firevie · 01/07/2020 13:26

@jane2711 - that’s great news! Fingers crossed for you! Keep us posted! I’m going through a rollercoaster ride at the moment. Basically I have had v irregular periods this year. Had my last period 6 April. Positive test 24May. Went to my 12w Scan yesterday and was told baby only measures 6w1d. Couldn’t yet detect a heartbeat but said that wouldn’t be unusual at 6w. Said EPU would Organise another scan next week. I’m just going crazy. Have been googling since yesterday trying to figure out if my irregular periods could be off by so much that it just means dating is completely off. Trying to be positive but it’s very very hard 😔

Jane2711 · 01/07/2020 17:49

@firevie thank you, if I didn’t have bleeding I’d be over the moon with 2-3 weeks but I’m not going to get my hopes up until it’s still positive by the weekend. It’s 2-3 weeks still a couple of days after the bleeding so hopefully a good sign.

And try not worry!! With irregular periods it may very well be that you ovulated a lot later than you expected. When have you to go back? I have positive thoughts for you xx

OP posts:
Firevie · 01/07/2020 19:15

@Jane2711 when do you have to go in for a scan?
Thanks for the reassurance. Guess I’m hoping for a little miracle and that my baby catches up until next week. They said they’d call me next Tuesday, if no bleeding, they’ll get me in for another scan. Longest week every

Jane2711 · 01/07/2020 19:24

@firevie I think everything will be ok, I’ve had family members who found out they were pregnant, went for a scan thinking they were further along, based on her cycle. She went for an early scan at about your stage and she was a few weeks less as well. So I have hope 🙏🏼 She’s now 22 weeks.

I’ve to phone back on Monday if my test is still getting stronger and I should get in next week. I’m hopefully my bleed was just implantation but time will tell. I had a miscarriage last month and that was clots/ pain, this was much lighter xx

Hi everyone. Sorry for not updating but I had a second miscarriage on the 03/07. Utterly devastated having it 2 months in a row.

3 weeks and 5 days later, I discovered I’m pregnant again. I’m scared to even go to the toilet and see blood. I don’t know what to do. I just have a feeling this will end badly again

Can anyone offer me any advice? Im thinking of taking aspirin apparently that can help. Worried sick. I’ll attach a pic of my test

Hi Jane it’s a very faint line but I can see it, it may that you have tested too early, I’ve had a
Miscarriage in the past but went on to have two beautiful babies keep the faith and stay positive you seem to be able to conceive very easily which is fantastic. Although it doesn’t feel like it now try and relax and not waste mine no tests xx

HGwarrior · 29/07/2020 13:40

Sorry I meant money on tests xx

So sorry to hear about your previous MC's. So brilliant that you've tried again and hopefully 3rd time is a charm! Don't take any aspirin it's not recommended in pregnancy. Just stay calm & positive! I had a MC late last year and currently 3 months pregnant with rainbow baby! Your time will come ❤️.
Jane2711 · 29/07/2020 16:03

Thank you so much everyone... I didn’t think I could be pregnant but last night I had a really bad mood swing and I’ve been tired recently so I tested this morning on a Poundland cheapie. Honestly so scared it’s not even been 4 weeks since my miscarriage so I must be very early, just under 4 weeks. I literally just want To curl up in a ball I don’t think i could handle this happening a 3rd month in a row Blush Sad
