TMI Post!
Anyone can help with itchy nipples? It's just the one and has gone a little crusty and is itchy as hell!
I know getting itchy nipples is normal in pregnancy but it's doing my nut in! 😫
I put sudocrem on it but it's made my nipple look even worse and I can't scrub it off because it hurts!
Any suggestions to help soothe the itch?
Sorry for TMI, but I need help!

Take some paracetamol just before a warm bath/shower, deep breath and give it a bit of a rub in the water to get the crust off and then apply nipple cream as soon as you’re out - whilst the skin is still soft. Keep that up every day and hopefully it won’t dry out/ go crusty quite so much. Good luck x

Thank you @Pineapplebaby I'll give it a go. Any particular cream you recommend?

No problem at all; I had a similar thing as my nipples started leaking a little from about 28 weeks. Not loads but enough to get irritated.
I’ve been using Lansinoh every day and it’s definitely helped. It’s also helped soften them up generally and (I believe) made it easier to start expressing colostrum which I also do every day now.
I had very sensitive nipples before so it’s been good to get them used to being handled so much! Lol
