Possible mild prolapse

So I'm currently 6 weeks pp, I have what I think is a mild prolapse, fortunately I've no typical symptoms of a prolapse - no pain or feeling like I'm sitting on a ball etc but do have a slight ache when I bear down. I've had a good old look down there with a mirror and I'm very intune with my body and it certainly looks different down there now. I had a pretty normal vaginal water birth, 2nd degree tear which was internal but that has fully healed now. Something just isn't sitting right with me with how it looks down there and I'm pretty certain I can still feel my cervix. I need to make an appointment for my daughters 8 week injections so I am going to bring it up with the receptionist and see what my options are, with all this going on at the moment I dont know what chance I'll have of seeing a doctor in person to examine me.

Has anyone else suffered a mild prolapse and did it rectify itself? I do pelvic floor exercises daily and I understand it's still early days after my birth but being stuck in house all day everyday with this current situation I'm going out of my mind stressing about it 😔

I think it's standard that you have a 6w post birth check. Phone them now and organise it.
I keep hearing on the radio people are putting off contacting the doctor because of covid when really they should be getting treated.... So just do it. You've got to look after yourself.

My 6 week pp check is with my health visitor but it's over the phone - which isn't particularly helpful. In all honesty my aftercare has been non existant.
