Hi all - I'm almost 38 weeks and getting terrible groin pain - right under my undercarriage (sorry TMI) almost the same pain as if you've done the splits or stretched your groin too much - has anyone else got this? Finding it really hard to get up off the chair/sofa. Also getting pains either side of my thighs/hips in the night - I've just received a birthing ball hoping bouncing around on this might help but please let me know if you know of any other stretches or exercises that might help - walking like I've pooped myself lol
