Good morning. I am 3 weeks 6 days pregnant (due on tomorrow) confirmed using a clear blue digital on Saturday. Took 2 chepies with fmu. And even though its positive the line isnt getting darker. Should I be worried? I'm going out of my mind panicking thinking theres something wrong. Tia xx

Well you're not supposed to test over and over again. 1 test saying pregnancy is enough.

Stop testing.

There’s likely just not a huge amount of hcg in your system yet. You’ve done well even to have a positive test before your period is due. Congratulations!

Hcg only doubles every 48/72 hours so at least you shouldn't re test for at least every 2-3 dsys. Your also very early on, your levels will be very low still x

Thank you everyone. How do you shake of that worrying feeling of something might go wrong? I suffer with anxiety and I'm so happy but I've become such a worrier since finding out I'm pregnant xx

SMU and evening urine was always darker for me than FMU, don't worry xx

Also I found FRER worked better with less concentrated wee and IC test worked better with concentrated wee xx

@Lottiepxx I freaked myself out with tests in the beginning. I wouldn’t sleep as I was so worried about what the line would be. Deciding to stop testing altogether was SO freeing. The worry never goes away though but I found an 8 week private scan helped break up the time and show you there was something in there. But each time between scans is scary, just got to trust the process and look after yourself.

Congratulations! Here’s to a fab 9 months for you ❤️❤️

Its easy to say you shouldn't keep testing. Much harder to implement in my experience! That feeling of worry is normal, I find it gets better after the dating scan.

I like this site for reassurance: datayze.com/miscarriage-reassurer

Like pp said, try to leave 2-3 days between tests.

Honestly, you will send your anxiety through the roof if you keep testing, especially this early on.
It won't tell you anything except 'pregnant', it won't change anything and all you'll do is waste money and overthink what you're seeing.
It's hard but stepping away from the tests will be better for your anxiety (and your bank account) in the long run
