@steph19948 try not to read too much online.
I am probably not the best person to say much as I had a miscarriage at the beginning of the year and once I knew, I had shoulder pain. I did go to see my GP and my pain was more muscle based. Ecotopic symptoms is more a pain the the bone at the tip of your shoulder.
If you haven't got that or any other symptoms, try not to worry but to be sure/safer maybe give your GP a call to check anyway. Wishing you well. :)

@steph19948 thank you ❤️ I think pregnancy causes so much worry and stress which has an effect on your body. People carry worry on their shoulders, you become tense. If you are worried, call your GP or EPU. Try to relax. I know it's not that easy. I was the same. It was my first pregnancy and you almost feel alone at the beginning because medically nothing much happens at this point but I called the midwife centre once or twice and was told to have faith that your body is doing what it needs to. Your body is changing every day, even though your bubs is just a little dot right now. X

Hey! I’m right with you here... I’m 5+6 and I have had shoulder and arm pain for 8 days now. Mine is achey and seems to go down my arm to my elbow joint. Google terrified me too!

I spoke to epu and my GP and they don’t think it’s ectopic as the pain would be different than an ache and it wouldn’t move down my arm. I’ve booked an early scan on Sunday just for peace of mind, but I know of a lot of women who get aches in their shoulders and down their arms. Keep an eye on things and if it stays primarily where your arm meets your shoulder then give your epu a ring! Best wishes 😘

Ahh thank you so much both made me feel much better. I spoke to a nurse today who said it sounds muscular but of course I'm still worrying 😥 hope your scan goes well on sunday! Keep me updated!xxxx
