when i was at school, a mate of my rephrased pmt and called it pmp. short for pre-menstrual paranoia.
always found it more applicable than the tension version.
am 18 weeks weeks and feel like i've had perma pmp from the start. never the world's most secure person, but now so convinced they're all out to get me, they all hate me, i'm so rubbish etc etc.
