Lower back pain at 19 weeks

Hey,

I’m 19 weeks, and this is my first pregnancy. As from this morning I’ve had the worst achy back pain in my lower back. It feels like it could be in my hips too but it might just be the pain in my back radiating around.

I’ve started to get worried as I had a miscarriage before and I had the same sort of lower back pain but I haven’t had any bad cramping or bleeding.

Is lower back pain like this normal for how far I am?

I just turned 19w and read that this is a very common side effect of pregnancy starting from 19w. If it's very painful, ring your midwife for reassurance.
