Baby cocoon /nest

Can anyone offer any advice /opinions please.

I have one of these but only planning on using it for daytime sleeping when I'm awake. I havent had baby yet so cant give too much advice. Mine is exactly like this from amazon.
Dont think they are recommended for overnight sleeping as similar to a sleepyhead.
