Induction

Hi all,

I am due be induced in about 3 weeks.

I’m trying to prepare myself as much as possible, please could you tell me your stories of induction? And any advice you have about the whole experience.

theres a lot of monitoring waiting but after that it was fine for me.I had it start at 8 am had my baby by 2pm. Typical labour ,painful tiring but over as soon as it started

Got medicine to start contractions at 6 in the morning, a sweep at 8.

Got very strong contractions from about 11 and water broke at 1 I think. Dilation wouldn't progress at first and stayed at about 1 or 2 CM. Baby's heart rate dropped and the hun said I'm coming back in 20 minutes, without any progress it's going to be a C section. After she came back I was fully dilated and could immediately start pushing. About 40 minutes later DS arrived.
