Worried about baby!!

So I’m currently 15 weeks 1d, had my 12 week scan and was told everything was good😬, have been very worried throughout this pregnancy as this is my first time being pregnant. I have suffered from period like cramps since my 12 week scan but my midwife said that it was normal at this stage as everything growin and just to take paracetamol. But I am worried because I have absolutely no sign of a bump coming and my stomach is still 100% soft not hard at all. I am a little bit over weight though. Is anyone else the same??

Im 15 weeks and feel exactly the same! I just look fat lol and now because I feel normal again I literally don't feel pregnant! I've read up on it and lots of women feel the same at this stage it's so worrying because it's still too early to feel kicks too! Xx

I’d say that’s totally normal at this stage. If it’s your 1st baby it’s likely you won’t start showing until after 20 weeks. But everyone is different.
The pains are your uterus moving upwards and stretching. If the pain is all the time and/or extremely painful I’d call the midwife.

I don't think my bump took shape until 27ish weeks

I had quite a lot of back pain (still do on and off) and some tummy period like pains after the 12 week scan, also not showing that much, I had another scan at 16 weeks and baby was measuring 4 days ahead from the previous scan so I’m thinking they were having a little growth spurt?!

100% the same. Spend most my day thinking somethings is wrong iam 14 weeks and don't even feel pregnant just fat!!
I have my 12 week scan everything was OK just wasn't a good experience as I wished im sure when we have we 20 week everything we fine z
