Hello all, I was hoping someone has had a similar experience to me. I started spotting a brown discharge around 4 weeks and thought nothing of it as thought it would be implantation. I still have that brown discharge however when I wipe after a wee it’s red. I called 111 yesterday and have a suspected Urine infection so was prescribed antibiotics. He said it’s either the infection causing bleeding or the start of a miscarriage. I’ve not yet lost any pregnancy symptoms and the blood is only there when I wipe and not seen any clots. I had a chemical pregnancy in January where I bled but I could see this in a pad and had clots. I’m trying to stay positive but overthinking is driving me mad!
