Hello,

I'm 36 weeks pregnant and last night I couldn't sleep due to pelvic pressure and pain and pain in the glute muscles. Have tried to move this morning but its uncomfortable.

Anyone had this? Thank you

I'm 35 weeks and having this every night and morning :( hips also in agony. The pain is the only reason why I'm awake this early on a Sunday 😭

Same! 35 weeks and been up since 4.15am this morning as couldn't get comfortable after waking for one of my many toilet trips. Hips, legs and bum cheeks are achey. I think it's from side sleeping as it eases off when I get up. I've had this for the past week and am resigned to the fact that sleep is now a thing of the past (and baby isn't even here yet) 😣

Yes! I'm 30+5 and I've had this for a few weeks now! I find that sleeping on top of an folded duvet or blanket helps as it gives a little more cushion! Also another pillow between my knees! I feel like princess and the pea! Hope this helps! X

Thank you all!
Baby is big and have a scan, which may be contributing to the pain
