Hi, I’m about 7 weeks pregnant and my symptoms of exhaustion and nausea have gone over the last few days. I also had really tender breasts and have now woken up this morning to find that’s gone too. No bleeding or pain but I’ve had a previous missed miscarriage and it was exactly like this. I know I can’t be sure till I have a scan and I have booked one for tomorrow but I just know. So devastated. No question really, just venting

Sad

I hope you're wrong.

I also experienced this. On the following pregnancy following a miscarriage though, I started 'bleeding' with a brown/reddish discharge, and was sure I would miscarry again, but no - went to full term.

I do hope you're wrong OP. I had a few symptoms the first 7 weeks and other than the sore boobs, I've never felt pregnant. I'm 20 weeks now and other than the belly I still don't feel pregnant. My symptoms were minimal but disappeared fast and only pop back up, every now and again.
Symptoms do come and go throughout your pregnancy, so I truly hope you see you baby with a little heartbeat tomorrow and all is well. The fact you're not bleeding is a great sign!
I'll be thinking of you! So I hope you post to let us know! 🥰🤞🥰🤞🥰🤞

Thanks for your replies. I know I just need to wait and see but it’s hard isn’t it. I’ve been lucky enough to have 2 children and I just can’t shake the fact that I felt completely different with them and the only pregnancy that felt like this ended up being a missed miscarriage found at my 12 weeks scan. I know every pregnancy is different so shouldn’t compare. I think if I’d never had many symptoms I’d be less convinced but a week ago I was vomiting, was so exhausted and leapt a mile if my children accidentally knocked my breasts. Everything just vanished over the last 3 days. Last night I was trying to convince myself everything was fine as still had really sore breasts then woke this morning and completely gone. Like my husband just said, I can’t really know what’s going on so need to try not to drive myself crazy overthinking

Why don't you book yourself in for a private scan, so you don't have to wait until your 12 weeks. That way you will be able to put your mind at rest either way!

Hi, I was a little bit like this, around 8 weeks everything seemed to disappear- so much so I even wrote it as a note in my phone in case of another MMC, then low and behold around 9 weeks everything came back with a vengeance, am now 12+6 and its easing off again. Had my scan this week and everything is fine.
It's so hard to relax, but try not to think the worst (easier said than ever done) xx

I have a scan booked for tomorrow so hopefully it is just my body trying to stress me out! This wasn’t a planned pregnancy and I was taking the pill but after previous fertility issues and IVF it felt like a bit of a miracle. I was taking setraline for anxiety and hadn’t been taking folic acid so a combination of stopping my anxiety medication and guilt/worry about not knowing I was pregnant so having taken medications I shouldn’t had definitely not helped me to keep sensible perspective! Thanks everyone

Been for my scan and it’s good news. I’m actually 8 weeks pregnant so further on than I thought. Now I just need to relax, stop over thinking things and just be grateful that I don’t feel bad!
