Pregnant or not?

I took the first test yesterday afternoon which came back negative. I took the second test this morning and came back with 2 lines.
I'm now currently in bed with stomach pains after having been to the toilet and wiping & their being really light blood.
Was it a false positive? A chemical?
This would be my 3rd pregnancy and never experienced this before. Do I do another test in the morning and see what the outcome is?

I don’t think you can get a false positive. You can have bleeding and everything be fine, but it also could be a chemical pregnancy. I think you will just have to monitor. If the test lines are getting stronger each day, that’s a good sign. Hope it is all ok
