How to regulate contractions??

I never had to do this with my first, it was so quick, but I’ve been having irregular painful contractions for 13 hours now! I managed to get some sleep last night but not as much as I’d hope to but I can’t do this for another 13 hours! I’m 37+1

At 37+1 I would be giving the maternity unit a call ASAP

I thought you only had to ring immediately for preterm labour?

I'd call them, even though you're classed as full term at 37w. It's still a bit early and they may want to monitor you, especially if you've lost any amniotic fluid

Good luck!

I would still call. Just to get peace of mind and a medical professionals view.

Okay thank you!

How are you getting on @kittykat7210?

@delbelleber

Okay, contractions not getting any closer together, they told me to stay home until they regulate, about to go on a walk!
