I'm 5 weeks pregnant pregnant and I'm spotting is that okay ?

Big hug OP!
If your spotting, keep an eye on it and if it gets heavier and you're in pain then call your GP or midwife.
Alternatively give your EPU a call and see if they will have you in for a scan, but please be aware that it's highly unlikely there will be a heartbeat at 5 weeks, as that doesn't usually show until around 7 weeks.
It could be something simple like implantation bleeding. Some women bleed all the way through their pregnancies.

I had spotting around 5-6 weeks too. It deffo can be normal - implantation spotting.
