Hit my head and worried!

Hi everyone,
I hit the top of my head hard on my shower handle in the bathroom on Tuesday, it hasn't bruised and no bump from what I can feel but I'm just so worried, I suffer with anxiety anyway and can't stop panicking, I didn't pass out or bleed and I've spoke to my GP yesterday who asked me some diagnostic questions and said not to worry but then this morning I woke up with a headache so the panic started all over again, doesn't help that I'm literally sitting thinking of nothing else so have myself thinking I have all these scary symptoms, I'm also 38 weeks pregnant and don't want to be so anxious when I'm going to be having my baby soon, just can't stop worrying!

My anxiety causes me severe headaches at times and it sounds to me that you are freaking out over nothing (no offence and said with love 🥰)
If you didn't pass out, didn't get any headaches afterwards, then I would say your ok.
The only way to put your mind at rest is if you have a CT scan which they won't give you 😬
Maybe you're freaking out over the fact you're due to give birth shortly and your anxiety is making every little thing worse, like your bump on the head.
I'm clearly just guessing, but when I lose my shit over being pregnant (last night I was sobbing uncontrollably- my poor DH and these bloody hormones!) as it's still sinking in (I'm 19 weeks) I do pregnancy yoga and meditation to calm my mind.
It may not work for you but maybe give it a go? It may help you with your anxiety.
Hope you feel better soon 🥰🥰

Thank you so much for replying!
Yeah I think with everything going on in the world right now too my anxiety is just at an all time high, which means I probably wasn't in the best state of mind when I did it so straight away I was panicking!!

Bless you! I know how you feel! I've been in my house for 8 weeks! Other than walking the dog I've been nowhere and my anxiety is through the roof!
Hormones and anxiety and about to give birth and this lockdown are not a good combinations! We are all losing our shit! Lol! 😂😂😂

Such a relief to hear I'm not alone!! It's definitely a very unique time for us especially being pregnant, but it helps loads to know we're all there to support one another! Is this your first baby?

This forum is a god send as google is the devil! 😂
Yes this is my first, so when your midwife is only in twice a week, no one will see you, or you don't want to go anywhere through fear you'll catch the virus, they're aren't many outlets where you can just be super crazy and people don't react!
If I lost my shit in front of my mom or friends (and by that I mean face time 😂) they would be really worried a out me!
I watched the first 15 minutes of Emma Willis: Delivering Babies last night and just cried for half hour saying I'm not doing it!!!
😂😂😂😂
