So I'm 36 weeks pregnant and I've gained 4 stone!!!! I was 10 stone and now I'm 14 stone!! Obviously I'm upset about the weight gain 😑😣 but I'm more upset about potentially hurting my baby!! I've never been tested for the Gestational Diabetes and everything was always normal at my check ups, blood pressure, urine, baby's size etc except my last visit which showed the baby was measuring a week ahead. Will I have a big baby!? Has anyone else experienced this before!
I'm just so upset and going to try my best to eat healthy over these last few weeks.
(My next checkup isn't until 38 weeks)

I did that during my first pregnancy and baby was normal size. Was it a scan or tape measure check that said baby was a week ahead?
At this stage it's quite hard for accurate results depending on how they are positioned. I had a scan at 36weeks and my baby was measuring almost 39 weeks but they weren't concerned at all. I'll let you know how much he weighs when he's born, he's been evicted tomorrow!
If the midwife isn't worry then don't let it worry you. They weren't worried enough to do the diabetes test so I think it will all work our ok. X

Awh best of luck tomorrow with your baby hope everything goes great & congratulations!!!

It was a scan, i was measured a few weeks ago with a tape and it was perfect my doctor said.
I'm just worrying about everything and this is my 1st baby and I knew I was gaining weight but I weighed myself earlier and I am so sad.. I know I'll be able to loose it after baby is born I'm just worried my baby is going to be large x
Thanks for your reply x
