Has anyone else experienced this? I'm getting new bumps but the itching is driving me insane. I can see dry flaky small bits of skin coming off. Gross I know! I've tried baby oil and cetraben moisturising cream. What else will solve this? I'm going insane!

Cold compress, or ice cubes on your nipples should help.
Try and keep them secure too, in a bra with no friction on your boobs, so they don't move around too much. Try not to go bra-less, as the friction could make the itching worse.

Yes I'm only 9 weeks but itching nipples have been a factor for the past couple of weeks! What's worse is my boobs are so sore, scratching doesn't help! I second PP, keep them cool and soft breathable fabrics so they don't get sweaty or irritated.

Ah I remember nipple dandruff well! For tonight, have an oat bath- put some porridge oats in a sock or tights and tie it up with a hairband and put it in the bath with you. Really helps with itching.
In the end the midwife got me some menthol cream as i was itching all over, that helped, though you might put someone's eye out!
