So I have become a little obsessed with my weight gain this pregnancy, I was eating relatively healthy, and gaining weight and what I think was an ok ish rate. I havent been trying to diet, I've just been actively looking after myself and got a bit keen with tracking my weight.
Although, in the last 5-6 weeks I havent gained weight. I've had the odd increase and decrease of small amounts but genrally around the same number... is this normal? Has anyone experienced this?
If anything since covid19 I've been eating more and comfort eating so surprised it's not bolted up.
I didnt weight myself in previous pregnancies so no idea if this is normal. Everywhere I read says 3rd trimester is biggest weight gain, yet I seemed to stop toward end of 2and trimester and gain it all in first and early 2nd?!
