Does this sound like SPD pain?

Hi

Over the last week I have had this really horrible pain. It goes from the right hand side of my groin/crouch area down my inner thigh.
It doesn't bother me when sat down or in bed but does hurt when walking, weight bearing, going up stairs etc...
I'm 27 weeks. Don't no if Iv just pulled something or if this is the start of SPD?

I am seeing midwife Wednesday so will explain to her then.

It does sound like it could well be SPD or you've possibly pulled something if you have been slightly more active than usual the past few days. I've been suffering this time round since 20 weeks and am bed bound today at 29 weeks with severe pain I cant bare to lift my leg to put one leg in front of the other. I sympathise with any woman in this position the pain is horrendous. Speak to your midwife depending on your health board you may be able to get a telephone consultation with physio who can advise you on some ways to minimise the pain and some pelvic floor exercises and possibly a support band. I've tried these and unfortunately the next step will be crutches. Doesn't help having a crazy 2 year old to (try to) run about after too. If you have a bath I've found sitting in a warm bath helps slightly if I can manage to get in and out of it 😂 hope you are ok! Flowers

@mumof1babe it's horrible. I don't think Iv pulled anything as I haven't really done a lot but I may of time will tell I guess.

I try and do one walk a day to stay active and that's about it at the moment as it really is hurting. :(

Sorry you are also suffering :( x
