This is my first pregnancy I’m 8 weeks + 6 and I’m experiencing the worst heartburn for the last week n a half. I’ve tried Gaviscon and I can’t stomach the liquid I just bring it back up it’s disgusting!! I’m taken the chewable tablets but still constantly have a lump in my throat.
Any suggestions to what else I could try that’s safe for baby I’m dying😩
